Saudi NGO´s “Terrorist Hospitals” Discovered in Turkey

News about a private terrorist hospital, run by the Saudi NGO Rabita al-Alam al-Islami, and conflicting statements about the NGO´s activities in Turkey by Turkey´s AKP government, have led to a political row. An inquiry might lead to the discovery of a Saudi and NATO covert field hospital operation for Syria mercenaries, implicating the Rabita and Doctors Without Borders.

nsnbc , – With more than 100.000 Al-Qaeda mercenaries under arms in the Middle East and Northern Africa, there is a need for medical battalions. A news article “The secret hospitals of the Rabita”, in Turkey´s Cumhuriyet newspaper, has prompted the Deputy Chairman of Turkey´CHP party, Umut Oran, to raise questions about the activities of the Saudi NGO, known to be working as an unofficial arm of the Saudi government, in Turkey´s parliament, reports Aydnlik Daily (AD).

MWLhospitalThe article in Cumhuriyet reports that jihadists are being treated in hostel-like buildings, belonging to the Islamic foundation Rabitat al-‘Alam al-Islami, and located in the Reyhanlı district of the Hatay province near the Turkish – Syrian border.

AD reports, that “The Muslim World League” or Rabita al-Alam al-Islami‎ (Rabita) is a Saudi Arabia centered group of Islamic non-governmental organizations.

The prominent Turkish journalist, Uğur Mumcu, who was assassinated by a bomb, planted in his car in 1993, had investigated the Saudi NGO and concluded, that the Rabita is a Saudi-based religious sect, that aims at strengthening the influence of Saudi Arabia in Turkey and other Muslim countries, through the establishment of satellite foundations, institutions and associations.

Saudi Arabia is known for its well-documented, large-scale support of state-sponsored terrorist organizations, predominantly those who are working under an Al-Qaeda banner, through its ministries and NGOs.

The Deputy Chairman of the CHP party of Turkey, Umut Oran, styled several questions about the activities of the Rabita and its running of hospitals for jihadists in Turkey to Turkey´s Interior Minister Muammer Güler. Addressing the Interior Minister in Parliament, Umut Oran asked:

“Who are the Saudis and Syrians who are working in these hospitals, who ban Turkish citizens from entering their premises and who have been operating (in Turkey) for nine months? … Yörük Hostel 03264130054 and 05069951229” is what is written on the door of one of these hospitals. Who has stayed in this hostel up until today? Were the necessary notifications about the credentials of overnight visitors made to the police station? If not, what kind of action will you take against the negligent police in charge and the hostel staff? … Who are the security guards, who are working in these hostel/hospitals?  … What are the dates and numbers of their licenses?  … Do they perform their duties while armed?

Umut Oran continued, stressing the covert nature of the jihadist hospitals and that they were made so that they would appear to be hostels. The Rabita al-Alam al-Islami‎ (The Muslim World League, MWL) was founded as a non-governmental organization by King Saud, on 19 May 1962, and has as such, to be granted a permit to operate in Turkey as well as it has to be granted a permit before it can carry out medical treatments in Turkey.

In the light of contradictory answers to the questions, Oran demanded that the Interior Minister clarifies the situation and fully answers the above questions about the Saudi NGOs activities in Turkey, whether it has been granted the appropriate permits, and the identity of the staff as well as the patients in its hospitals.

There is reason to believe, that the Rabita operates de facto field hospitals for injured al-Qaeda mercenaries, who are fighting with one or more of the Saudi-Arabia and US financed and armed Al-Qaeda brigades in Syria, including Jabhat al-Nusrah and Liwa-al-Islam.

According to a recent estimate by Christof Lehmann, there are currently far above 100.000 mercenaries in the Middle East and Northern Africa, who are fighting under the banner of the one or the other Al-Qaeda organization, who receive their finances, weapons and other support from Saudi Arabia, the USA and other core NATO member states.

Not only Saudi Arabia backed and Muslim NGOs have come under suspicion of operating, what could be described as de facto Saudi and NATO mercenary brigade´s field hospitals.

On August 2013, Tony Cartalucci published an article about Doctors without Borders and its work pertaining the war in Syria. Cartalucci wrote:

While it is often described by the Western media as “independent,” nothing could be further from the truth. To begin with, Doctors Without Borders is fully funded by the very same corporate financier interests behind Wall Street and London’s collective foreign policy, including regime change in Syria and neighboring Iran. Doctors Without Borders’ own annual report (2010 report can be accessed here), includes as financial donors, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, Google, Microsoft, Bloomberg, Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital, and a myriad of other corporate-financier interests.  Doctors Without Borders also features bankers upon its Board of Advisers including Elizabeth Beshel Robinson of Goldman Sachs….

Complicating further Doctors Without Borders so-called “independence” and “aid” claims, is the fact that their medical facilities are set up in terrorist held regions of Syria, especially along Syria’s northern border with NATO-member Turkey.

Naturally, with a more than 100.000 troops strong mercenary army, it is necessary to entertain field hospitals. The war on Syria, being an undeclared, illegal and covert war, that is being waged against Syria by core NATO members, including Turkey, along with Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the post 2011 coup government of Libya and other state-sponsors of the mercenary brigades, it is also necessary to cover-up the operations and support of the necessary medical battalions. Umut Oran´s questions to Turkey´s Interior Minister have the potential of stirring up a hornet´s nest of covert operations.
