Atlantic Council Energy Summit in Istanbul and Regional Balkanization

The Soros – Funded Atlantic Council is holding an Energy Summit in Istanbul on 22 – 23 November. The U.S. Think-Tank will discuss Regional Developments, including Developments in Northern Iraq.

Christof Lehmann (nsnbc) , – The Turkish Aydinlik Daily newspaper reports, that the Atlantic Council is convening for an Energy Summit in Istanbul, Turkey, on 22 and 23 November. The U.S. Secretary of Energy, Ernest Moniz, will attend the summit. The U.S. Think Tank, with close ties to the U.S. Department of Defense, will among others, be discussing the oil which is extracted from the Kurdish Administrated Region of Northern Iraq, without authorization from Iraq´s central government in Baghdad, reports Aydinlik Daily (AD).

Fred_kempe_atlantic_councilAD quotes Atlantic Council President Frederick Kempe as saying that he is of the opinion, that a very important period has begun from the perspective of the United States, Turkey and Iran, saying:

“We view the current period as a turning point, just like 1918 and 1945. Turkey is in every way a central country, as a creator of regional stability. However much the USA and Turkey can work in unison, that is how effective they will be.”

Turkey´s President Abdullah Gül will be opening the Energy Summit. Besides U.S. Energy Secretary Ernst Monitz, Atlantic Council President Frederick Kempe and Turkey´s President Abdullah Gül, the summit will be attended by former U.S. Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, Brent Scowcroft, and the Minister of Natural Resources from the Kurdish Administrated Region of Northern Iraq.

Geopolitical Implications of Atlantic Council Summit in Istanbul indicate Start of Implementation Phase of Regional “Balcanization” Plans. Considering the the Atlantic Council´s previous, involvement in theaters like the former Republic of Yugoslavia, the presence of policy makers like Madeleine Albright and the known involvement of Turkey´s President, Abdullah Gül, in plans to “Balkanize” Turkey, it is neither alarmist, nor unrealistic to consider the risk, that council members discuss the creation of a Kurdish state on Syrian, Iraqi as well as on Turkish and Iranian territories.

To understand the implications of the words of Atlantic Council President Frederick Kempe, who said “We view the current period as a turning point, just like 1918 and 1945″, it is necessary to review key events of recent history.

Abdullah Gul in BerlinThe Gül – Powell Contract. On 3 April 2003, then acting Foreign Minister and current President of Turkey, Abdullah Gül, signed a secret two page, nine item agreement with the then U.S. Secretary of State, Colin Powell. The secret document was signed in Ankara, and Abdullah Gül has since then, openly admitted the fact at thirty-four different occasions, including on nationwide television.

The secret document instated Abdullah Gül and R. Tayyip Erdogan as Turkish co-administrators for the implementation of the United States´ so-called “Greater Middle East Project”, which was developed for the Pentagon and the U.S. Department of Defense, by the RAND Corporation in 1996.

The “project” suggests the division of both Syria and Turkey into smaller states, including the establishment of a Kurdish state. We have, in other words a current situation, where both Turkey´s President and Prime Minister actively participate in the implementation of a plan that is aimed at dividing Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran.

The fact that Turkey´s President is delivering the opening address at the Atlantic Council´s Energy Summit on 22 November, gains in the light of this historical context, a significance that by far exceeds the standard diplomatic protocol of letting the head of state of the host country open a conference. Adding to the significance is, that one of the council´s central members, Davil L. Phillips, is the mastermind behind the Öcalan Resolution and the Armenian Initiative.

Madelein AlbrightMadeleine Albright – Participation in the “Balkanization” of Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia. Also the Presence of former U.S. Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, suggests that the “Balkanization” of Syria, Iraq and Turkey, and Iran is part of the agenda.

Before the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Dayton Agreement), Albright, along with other key Atlantic Council members, suggested that Bosnia Herzegovina should become a federation of two autonomous regions.

Albright and colleagues were also playing a questionable role in the brief civil war of Makedonia. After first participating in creating a political situation that led to the civil war, the same group of Atlantic Council members, centered around Albright, hammered out a compromise between Macedonians and Albanians. The strategy is standard operating procedure. Divide and conquer. Create a problem and offer the solution.

George Soros, funding the Atlantic Council, HRW and the UN Framework Team

The Significance of George Soros as Financier of the Atlantic Council as well as the United Nations Interagency Framework Team for Preventive Action, short Framework Team or FT. The Atlantic Council is, among others, financed by the Open Society Foundation. In other words, the council is funded by multi-billionaire, globalist and self-proclaimed philanthropist George Soros.

A few, representative examples of George Soros´global philanthropy will elicit a pattern that involves large energy resources or locations of geopolitical and strategic importance, destabilization and subversion. Part of the standard strategy is the financing of local elements who are in conflict with each other, the creation of ethnic or religious conflicts or other factors under the guise of democracy, civil liberties or human rights.

Myanmar. Soros – funded organizations, including UN agencies, the Open Society Foundation and others, are heavily involved in destabilizing Myanmar. Also involved are, the military intelligence service of Bangladesh, the Bangladeshi Al-Qaeda franchise HuJI, which has infiltrated the community of both internally displaced Rohingya in Bangladesh and externally displaced Rohingya in Myanmar´s Rakhine State, Aung San Suu-Kyi, and a radical, militant pseudo-Buddhist monk and his followers.

vschina myanmar pipelinekrMyanmar´s Rakhine State is the most resource rich region in the entire Greater Mekong Region. Especially Rakhine State and Myanmar´s coastal waters of Rakhine state contain vast oil and gas resources.

A large part of the oil and gas is exported to China via a dual pipeline. Another part of the gas is pumped to India, which has led to a lack of convergence in the energy security needs of respectively Myanmar, India, China and Bangladesh.

Mozambique. The Transatlantic Council has also cast a watchful eye on Mozambique, which is sliding back into a civil war after 22 years of peace. In 2012, the former anti-communist rebel group Renamo began rearming.

Mozambique is developing into one of the world´s main exporters of coal and natural gas. Renamo is demanding “a cut of Mozambique´s coal and gas revenues” and threatens to “disrupt the municipal elections on 20 November. A proposed, USD 50 billion gas liquefaction project would make Mozambique the world’s second largest manufacturer of liquified gas after Qatar.

Renamo will however, have to cut down on its poaching activities which is turning into an embarrassment for the council and for the political power circles around the Clinton family. A minor problem, when “someone” is financing the rearming and rebuilding of one of Africa´s largest, US-backed, former anti-communist “rebel” insurgencies which earned itself a reputation of being one of Africa´s most atrocious organizations which used child soldiers and was responsible for the majority of the one million death during the 16 year-long civil war that ended in 1993.

nepalNepal. Nepal´s 103 ethnic groups and well above 300 religious castes and communities have been living peacefully among each other for centuries.

Even the Maoist insurgency which overthrew Nepal´s monarchy did not disturb the peaceful coexistence, until the Soros funded Framework Team, cooperating with local NGOs, supported demands, that the Federal structure of post-revolution Nepal should divide land ownership and political influence among the 103 ethnic groups and more than 300 religious communities. Glossy NGOs as well as radicals were supported and the situation began deteriorating. Nepal is of immense importance for NATO, considering its proximity to the Chinese region of Tibet.

Cyrenaica-stamp-2The chief mole of the Framework Team in Nepal is no other than Ian Martin, who has implemented a similar project in Bosnia Herzegovina and in Cyreneica, Libya. Cyrenaica has recently established an autonomous, regional government. Libya´s main oil facilities are located there.

The FT has supported similar, subversive “Federalization Projects” in , Guyana, Ecuador, Mauritania, the Maldives, Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Lesotho, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Yemen, and Fiji-and all these countries are facing ethnic divide, social tension and a move towards identity federalism.”

In April 2013 the EU lifted its ban on the import of Syrian oil from "rebel held territory to finance the opposition".

Circle Completed – Returning to the “Federalization of Iraq, Syria and Turkey. What is coming to Istanbul on 22 – 23 November, is the US´and Globalist Elite Team for “Federalization and Balkanization”.

It is also a U.S. Counter – move to the E.U.´s lifting of the ban on the import of Syrian oil from “rebel held territories” on 3 April 2013.

NATO partners cooperate on the subversion of Syria, Iraq, Turkey and Iran, but that does, by no means, imply that there is no competition about resources.

What comes to Istanbul, and to the region is the Soros – funded A-Team of experts, which will discuss with regional stakeholders and moles, how to federalize Turkey as a first step towards establishing a Kurdish state on Turkish, Syrian, Iraqi and Iranian territory. High on the agenda will also be the question how to bring more democracy to Iraq, especially to the oil rich North.

Madeleine Albright is bringing first hand experience from Bosnia Herzegovina. Among other Atlantic Council members, one can find

  • Colonel Ralph Peters, who published the redrawn map of The Greater Middle East Project in Military Review.
  • Steven Zunes, who published the map of a partitioned Turkey for the Stratfor Foundation, another U.S. Think Tank with close ties to the Pentagon.
  • Peter Galbright, known as The Father of the Kurds. The diplomat who spoke about the need to establish a Kurdish State on Turkish, Iranian, Syrian and Iraqi territories.

Whatever the result of the Energy Summit on 22 -23 November will be, it will most likely include a push for regional federalization and Balkanization; to be implemented by subversion and terrorism; paid for in the blood of people who are so unfortunate to live in a region, which has attracted the attention of George Soros´global philanthropy.

Recalling the words of Atlantic Council President Frederick Kempe, and recalling how many people lost their lives during the two world wars, might add much needed perspective.

“We view the current period as a turning point, just like 1918 and 1945. Turkey is in every way a central country, as a creator of regional stability. However much the USA and Turkey can work in unison, that is how effective they will be.”
